This is the perfect appetizer to bring to a party with some pita bread and vegetables or a great and healthy alternative to mayonnaise as a sandwich spread!

  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve topped with olive oil and a dusting of paprika.

* Tip: The sky’s the limit with the potential for all the different types of hummus you can make using this recipe as a base. One of my favorite ways to spruce it up is to add roasted red peppers or fresh herbs.
