Loaded with 25 essential nutrients, avocados are a great produce item to include in your diet. ThisĀ guacamoleĀ makes a wonderful & healthy appetizer or side dish that won’t last long!

Ingredients
  • 3-4 large avocados
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 oz can diced green chilies
  • 4 dashes of Tabasco
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 bunch chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

Instructions:


  1. Add all the ingredients except the green onion to your food processor. Blend until smooth or pulse to desired consistency.
  2. Mix in green onion and serve.
