Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour (cornstarch can be substituted)
- 3 tbsp water

Instructions:
- Add the strawberries, blueberries & maple syrup into a pan and heat on medium high. The berries will simmer down with the maple syrup into a nice soup like consistency.
- Mix the tapioca flour and water until it’s smooth and slowly add it to the hot berry mixture stirring constantly until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and serve over waffles, pancakes, french toast, crêpes or cool and serve over an ice cream sundae!
