We received a load of fresh green beans in our CSA share this week so I made this as a side dish for a dinner we were having.  It came out really well and I wish I would have used up all the green beans after seeing my kids finish them off before their main meal was even touched!  This is so tasty and a great way to prepare either fresh or frozen green beans!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 to 3/4 pound fresh green beans,
cleaned, trimmed & cut into 2 inch segments
  • 2 Tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)
  • 3/4 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp raw cane sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/8 tsp Sriracha (or some other chili sauce)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  3. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium to medium high heat.
  4. Add the garlic and cook until it begins to brown.
